"Nice at first glance, but not quite worth it"
I really wanted to love this because it looks nice in the photos, and I was excited when it arrived. But once I actually had it in my hands, it just didn’t feel as well made as I expected. A few of the edges looked a little uneven to me, and I noticed some small flaws in the finish. Maybe I was expecting too much for the price, but I personally thought the craftsmanship would be a bit better. Shipping was totally fine, though, so no complaints there.

"Ordering online was easy"
I ordered online and the checkout process was simple overall. It did feel a little slow at one point, but nothing too frustrating. Curious if anyone else noticed that too, because otherwise it was a smooth experience.

"Pretty overpriced for what it is"
I came away feeling disappointed. The prices are high, but the quality just didn’t feel like it matched what I paid. I was expecting a lot more for the money, so I don’t think I’ll be using rookwood.com again.

"The site feels outdated"
I mean, Rookwood works and everything, but it just kind of feels old and not super pleasant to look at. The colors and layout don’t really seem to go together, and, yeah, it doesn’t feel all that inviting. I guess I was expecting something a bit cleaner and more modern. It’s usable, sure, but the design kind of made me not want to spend much time on the site.

"Late delivery and a smashed box"
My order took forever to show up, and when it finally did, the box was badly smashed. I reached out hoping for some help or at least an explanation, but it felt like my concerns were brushed off. Not a great experience.

"Honestly, customer service was slow"
I ordered from rookwood.com and had a quick question about my order, but it took way too long to get a response. I sent a message and ended up waiting a few days before anyone got back to me. The reply was fine once it finally came through, but it kind of felt like I had to keep chasing them. Not a terrible experience overall, but their customer service could definitely be faster.
